How this funding helps wild Atlantic salmon
Funds raised in our annual auction play an huge role in supporting our core funding. Different to project-specific funding, core funding is what makes our organisation run – the fuel that drives us, enabling our team to take research and restoration projects through the initial design and development phase and prepare them for launch. Without unrestricted core funding, this work simply isn’t possible. Core funding is what also supports our advocacy and communications work – both essential elements in the fight to restore wild Atlantic salmon.
