In 2017, over a pint at the Grenadier pub in London, INEOS Chairman and 4X4 enthusiast Sir Jim Ratcliffe had an idea. The vision for a stripped back, no-nonsense, utilitarian 4X4 was born. Since then INEOS Automotive was established as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. Partnering with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry to make the Grenadier a reality, INEOS is now the final stretch – handing over the first customer vehicles.
