2025 Annual Review
We are pleased to share our 2025 Annual Review journal – a demonstration of how we’re continuing to scale up our efforts to restore wild Atlantic salmon and the environments they depend on.
This year has seen our Core Rivers, Project Laxford and Project Deveron, continue to lead the way with strategic catchment-scale restoration, combined with the two most advanced monitoring systems in the country. Our Watershed Connections network of catchment restoration partnerships has also continued to grow, now stretching from the Outer Hebrides to Hampshire’s chalk streams, totalling over 4,600km2 in area. Around our coasts and at sea, we continue to advocate for better protection, management and regulation for wild salmon and sea trout.
In 2025 our communications efforts reached millions around the globe, including the launch of International Wild Salmon Day, helping to align strategies and partnerships with other wild salmon organisations across the Atlantic and Pacific.
None of this work is possible without our supporters, donors, project delivery partners, and Corporate Partners. We thank you all for joining us on our essential mission. To request a printed copy of our journal, please email us at info@atlanticsalmontrust.org
